Alumeco has a dedicated quality department consisting of experts who make sure every day that the aluminium products we receive and send out comply with the quality requirements pursuant to our ISO 9001 certification. This certification is your guarantee that we have full control of quality management and thereby also of the quality of our processes.

Furthermore, all our materials have batch markings for efficient tracking of our aluminium products. If you need a certificate as proof of the technical specification of a product, Alumeco can deliver it.

All our materials are packaged and handled in the best possible way and with respect for the advantages and limitations of aluminium. We can package your material according to your requirements. For example, if you need us to use your packaging in order to facilitate the further handling of your material, we will be happy to oblige.

As a rule, we usually package goods for transport by lorry, but if you need packaging adapted to sea freight, air freight or the like, please let us know.

Through proper packaging, it is our intention to facilitate your subsequent use of the purchased material.

We offer next day delivery for the vast majority of materials in our extensive product range. This means that, depending on your country and region, you can order the desired products in the afternoon and have them delivered directly to your doorstep the next morning, or where and when it suits you.

Since we have a large, professional, international freight setup together with our international partners, in addition to fast delivery you are also guaranteed that your materials will always be handled in the best possible way.

If you have any special wishes regarding the shipping of your materials, together we will always find the most optimal solution.

We have plate saws, block saws, ring saws and profile/bar saws and offer a wide range of sawing solutions.

By default, our plate saw can cut all sizes with the following dimensions:

• Height: Min. 0.5 mm, max. 200 mm
• Length: Max. 6,000 mm
• Width: Max. 4,225 mm

By default, our block saw can cut all sizes with the following dimensions:

• Thickness: Max. 1,000 mm
• Length: Max. 4,000 mm
• Width: Max. 2,200 mm

By default, our ring saw can cut all sizes with the following dimensions:

• Height: Max. 400 mm
• Min. diameter: 150 mm
• Max. diameter: 1,500 mm

By default, our profile/bar saw can cut all sizes with the following dimensions:

• Height: Min. 3 mm, max. 420 mm
• Length: Max. 6,500 mm
• Width: Max. 420 mm

We also work with items outside these dimensions so that we can meet your particular requirements via our wide range of sawing solutions.

With its height of 15 metres, the high bay shelving system for profiles can hold as many as 2,138 cassettes. The shelving system handles 42 cassettes per hour.

The high bay shelving system impresses with its height of 23 metres and capacity for 1,916 cassettes. The shelving system handles approx. 32 cassettes per hour.

The two high bay shelving systems are built in 1997 and 2007, respectively, and are both important tools in our day to day management of your material.

With precision and respect for the material, we cut sheets into fixed lengths according to your exact requirements.

We do this at our own cut2length centre, which offers you a quick dispatch of your desired sheet sizes.

By default, our plate saw can cut all sizes with the following dimensions:

• Width: 500-1,600 mm
• Length: Up to 6,000 mm
• Thickness: 0.5-4 mm
